I attended my first protest ever today, NORML, a group for the legalization of marijuana presented the US treasury with a check for 14 billion dollars which was the estimated amount the state of NY would save from the prison sentences and police efforts + what would be made after the legalization and taxation of marijuana. I plan on joining and getting a t-shirt as soon as I have the funds.
I'm hoping to attend future events including the May 2nd New York portion of the Worldwide Marijuana March.
Finally made it to the roof of my building!
